I’m committed to helping you feel more confident, resilient, and in tune with yourself. In our sessions, you can be your full self – I’m here to listen and support you, not judge. Together, we’ll work through life’s challenges and focus on your personal growth.
I became a therapist because I believe in people’s ability to heal and change. It’s a privilege to be part of your journey. My style is warm and engaging – I want our conversations to feel natural and productive.
Therapy is a team effort. We'll work together to help you understand yourself better and create the life you want.
Rose Medcalf, Psy.D. Therapist DCI love that therapy is always evolving, just like people. We’re complex beings, and I enjoy exploring that complexity with curiosity and openness. I work best with people ready to look inward and eager to understand themselves and their world better.
In our sessions, you’ll learn more about yourself, develop new ways to handle stress, and build stronger relationships. Whether you’re feeling stuck or just want to grow, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Therapy is about becoming more you – the most authentic version of yourself. When you’re ready to explore, grow, and make meaningful changes in your life, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.
