Dr. Jessica Hilbert

Psychologist

We’ll start by helping you feel safe enough to sit and explore the feelings, thoughts, or events that most of us usually choose to avoid. While it’s not easy, this is important because these are the things that crop up that make our lives worse. Instead, I want to help you to face and honor them so you find relief and strength

Through curiosity and openness, you and I will collaborate to uncover and follow clues that your mind and body are giving as you strive to grow and heal.

I hope you not only achieve goals you came to therapy with but also find you have grown in ways you didn't expect.

Jessica Hilbert, Psy.D. Therapist DC

I became a psychologist so that I could help people by hearing their stories, be a witness to people’s joys and pains, and hopefully leave a positive mark on the lives of those I work with.

In the end, I hope that you gain a sense that you do not have to endure life’s struggles alone.
